Logan City officials announce upcoming holiday closures – Cache Valley Daily

LOGAN — Logan officials announced modified hours for services and facilities in Logan City during the Independence Day holiday.

“Trash, recycling and green waste will not be picked up as usual on Monday, July 4,” according to Logan Public Works spokeswoman Emily Malik. “The municipal landfill will also be closed to the public on that day.”

“The majority of Monday and Tuesday routes will be collected on Tuesday, July 5,” Malik added. “However, limited areas with regular collection on Tuesdays and Wednesdays may experience a service delay of up to a day.”

Malik added that Logan River Golf Course will be open during regular business hours on Monday, July 4.

The Logan Aquatic Center will also be open regular hours on Independence Day.

However, the Logan Library will be closed on Monday, July 4.

The Logan Community Recreation Center will also be closed that day, as will the municipal cemetery.
